Career path | Agnieszka Morogow
Agnieszka Morogow, Central Europe Manager for Thuasne®, shares her professional journey and strategic vision. With extensive experience in multinational companies and 17 years within the Group, she reflects on the challenges of her new role, her commitment to innovation, and the synergies driving Thuasne®'s growth in a dynamic and promising region.
Can you tell us about your career path?
I've worked for a number of international companies, including Motorola, 3M and Komatsu International America. I gained a wealth of experience in customer relations, marketing and management. I joined Thuasne® in 2007 as Director of the newly created Polish subsidiary. My mission was to build up the team and develop relations with healthcare professionals.
How long have you been in charge of the Central Europe zone, also known as the cluster?
In 2019, I was entrusted with the development of the Russian-speaking market. Then, at the beginning of 2024, I was appointed head of the Central Europe zone. This challenge represents great personal satisfaction. In this new role, I oversee the growth and harmonization of Thuasne® activities in 27 countries. My main objective is to strengthen our commercial presence, foster collaboration between teams and efficiently allocate our resources to support the Group's objectives.
“Together, through innovation, adaptability and teamwork, we are committed to strengthening Thuasne®'s position in Central Europe and improving the quality of life for patients in these countries.”
What are you most excited about in this new position?
I have the opportunity to collaborate with a team from a variety of backgrounds, and to work on projects that will have an impact on patients and healthcare professionals. I also appreciate the possibility of developing synergies to innovate and improve our efficiency. Central Europe offers many growth opportunities, and I'm determined to explore new approaches to make them a reality.
How is the cluster organized?
Each country is headed by a country manager who reports to me. There are also regional functions in marketing, digital and finance to promote the deployment of common solutions and processes. To encourage collaboration and synergies, we hold monthly meetings to monitor results and identify opportunities. The annual seminar focuses on strategic planning, training and the sharing of best practices.
Can you share an example of a successful synergy?
We are currently rolling out the Thuasne® Partner** platform. It is now available in Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, and will be extended to the Czech Republic in the first quarter of this year. In Poland, 60% of orders already go through this platform. Thanks to the sharing of best practices between countries, we have made savings and accelerated the launch of this new platform.
A final word?
Together, through innovation, adaptability and teamwork, we are committed to strengthening Thuasne®'s position in Central Europe and improving the quality of life for patients in these countries.
